Oh yeah, and your shyt better be registered. Most companies require that you do that. Go to the company website and register your GPU. It's the first thing I do with new GPUs, but I know most don't do that. And you better have your original receipt too

I would try to find a local mom&pop computer shop that does repairs. they might want you to throw them some money to test it, but IMO it's worth it for peace of mind (as long as it's not a ridiculous amount of money)
