Anyway, whatever this list is i don't know, the fukk is white share? Anyway, being from California i know that folks are leaving the state for a better quality of living elsewhere. They moving to Vegas, Colorado, Arizona, etc. On a smaller scale black folks are leaving the city of Los Angeles for the Inland Empire and other cities that are less dangerous.

Please tell me how NYC losing 2% of it's black population compares to South central going from 80% to 44%, or from compting being damn near 90% to only 50%?
