As New York City gentrification prices out people further and further away from the city, it's obvious that it will affect the surround areas.

I said this a while ago.

They are building a ton of apartments complex near downtown along with Prudential is getting a big glass building. Indigo Hotel recently opened their hotel refurbished an historic building like the article mentioned and Whole Foods with gonna be housed on a historic building as well. I can go on and on about new stuff that has come to Newark in the past few years. All I will say growing up in Newark that downtown looks vastly different when it did in the 90s.

Go to Newburgh and you see a bunch of goons and high crime rates from former people living in the 5 boroughs. The redneck areas are now filled with ignorant ass nikkas upstate :dahell:
