I agree, which is why he'll get one more year. It's not just about the money....it's about where you're drafted. a top 5 pick will get more time than a 50th round pick cuz you need to give a top pick ample time to get their shyt together even if you think they're ass...especially a QB. I think any "franchise" QB that is drafted deserves 3 years. As shyt as Gabbert is, he should get another year. You don't just toss away top picks like that.
