A case could be made for it being a classic. Though, if you do you have to say "Da Drought 3" is one too. That's still my favorite Wayne Mixtape. The fact it was a double mixtape at that.

This was a very good mixtape when it was released. But it was not as great as people tried to make it out to be. Classic mixtapes are Dedication 2 Drought 3 like shyt. This was just a very good mixtape from Wayne. But arguably the last good release he had at that.
