People just can't help using political situations in their examples can they? This discussion is about the domestic abuse of minors in the black community. The Catholic Church at one point was the most powerful voice in the western world. Their power and resources allowed them to get away with the things they did.
Has it been pointed out pedophilia is attraction to prepubescent kids? That's a huge difference in context, considering most AoC laws in states are 16 and if HS school sophomores 16 it's legal weird but legal.

And if they can get away with it why can't members of small neighborhoods? It's so easy to just look the other way or not bother looking at all. These types of people live in all neighborhoods around the world. It's not some rare thing and it affects more people than you think. People could speak up but a lot of them don't.

But you have to address young preteen and teenage girls seeking Older Guys particular Drug Dealers cause of their status and wealth they could provide that dudes in their age bracket can't....

I agree it can happen anywhere in any community, which was my entire point. It's not prevalent in the black community and in general it's something that's rare. Again Africa is the only continent ON EARTH which universally has 18 as the legal age of consent. If that isn't a powerful message to the black psyche I don't know what is.
I understand that the Internet can you believe that the issue is bigger than it is. This goes double if you're a victim yourself. A lot of people want justification and confirmations on who they are and what they've become. Taking personal responsibility seems to be a difficult thing for most people, as we live in a narcissistic society nowadays.
Perverts and victims alike, float around internet forums like these, wanting justification for their own thoughts. On one hand, abusers want to know-- and deep down desire-- that everyone thinks and behaves like them in one form or another. On the other hand, victims wants to know if they are alone in their tragedy and also to excuse the guilt that comes from why they ended up being the way they are.
