It's an issue and it should not be ignored. The victims are young girls and boys. The abusers can be male or female.

When the victim is a girl, some folks talk about how "fast" she was. If the abuser is another female, they'll call the victim a dyke.

When the victim is a boy, people think it's cool and they'll pat him on the back and call him a faq if they think he didn't like it. And if it's a male abuser, they'll call him a faq.

Ignoring this issue (either boy or girl) hurts the community. This should stop and it should not be allowed to continue.
