I would say about 45 mins outside the city things get . Philly has some nice suburbs. White as snow though.

I've said it before on here that Pennsylvania isn't exactly an east coast state when you separate Philly...if anything it's kinda Midwest-ish...Pittsburgh has always struck me as an Midwestern city in terms of atmosphere.
