This dude is impossible to have a coherent discussion with. Was talking down to his fellow cohost around the 1:01:00 hour mark about leadership and i'm like this dude is dead wrong. But he wants to argue that because he played in the nba he knows better than her, even if she played pro. Gil tried to tell him different and he was acting legit like he couldn't process why he was wrong and how.

I started wondering what lead to him flaming out of the league.

Four seasons, couldn't get a contract past the age of 24. Was dating a kardashian (khloe) and is so delusional dude wears a crown yet has less career points than landry Shamet.

and basketball reference comparisons are

This type of thinking needs to die. Fans clowning failed hoopers for simply talking about hoops. 10 year vet makes a bball take and comments be like ‘dude you don’t even have a ring’ :scust: Casuals

If you made it to the league it means you are OVER qualified to simply talk about…the league. Actually playing is at the top of the mountain. Everything else bball related—-coaching, training, podcasts—- is easier to do. Ie the best guys in bball podcasts were not stars: Iman shumpert, Jeff Teague, Theo Pinson, etc.

As far as Mccants, he’s crazy af. He’s great for a podcast

We clowning his bad takes that he justifies by saying I played Hoops. When it's clearly a bad take. He says the leader of the team is the best player. Fellow NBA players say that sometimes thats not the case, for instance draymond may be the leader( or one of the leaders) in golden state, not the best player, Gilbert was the best player in washington, the leader was Antwan. There's countless examples and this dude went round and round in circles contradicting himself and prior things he said like Durant is not a leader ( well according to your logic he's the best player so he should be the leader)..

when they tried to make him stick to a point he doesn't realize he is tripping and you can see it in the other peoples face. He does this on several topics, argue for the sake of arguing that I wonder how this dude was in the locker room. Thats my beef with him. And then Miko who's played pro sports albeit overseas calls him out on his takes and he downplays what she achieved not realizing his career itself was questionable. He's the least likeable on that show or any show with the least achievement. But now I gotta think maybe its Theo Pinson

But at least Theo isnt arrogant

I mean….okay?!?? At the end of the say it’s just nggas shooting the shyt

Also I HATE the term “bad takes”. Wtf does that even mean. It implies there’s a universally accepted/expected opinion and you must stick to that

And sidenote, Miko? Miko Grimes? Famous for being a crazy wife? Idgaf that she played international woman’s ball I don’t wanna hear her talk either :heh:
