It's going to get worse. People are expecting a housing crash because YouTube Doomsday Idiots have been clickbaiting the same nonsense for 5 years.

Institutional Investors are gearing up to make all cash offers to sellers and will borrow money at lower rates than FHA/conventional once interest rates fall just like Trumps 1st term and the pandemic years.

Rates aren't falling like that again. But if they do, I'm buying rental props. :wow:

Issue is that sellers know falling rates create demand and they will jack up the selling price

The new American dream is to leave the country, lol

There is a trend of people realizing that other countries often have equal or better resources, often at lower cost; everything from housing, medical tourism and even "dating" lol
