there used to be a time you had to provide proof with accusations like this but now i see people making this claims all the time and 90% of them are bogus.

Check the "So apparently rep boosting is cool again" thread, and clock how many post @mtu wa chuma has

Real spit, are there possible ways for members to beat/disguise alias checks here? As long as I've been here, I cannot ever remember troll aliases/dummy accounts being identified (they are promptly banned, but it seems as if the person behind them are never outed). To this day, we still have never identified the person behind the @Shmanager alias that ruined @Black's Nick-Disney thread in JBO and caused it to get shut down.

we generally dont speak on that type of thing. kinda like how we dont get into the reasons for banning people most of the time. its between us and the member.
