I can't believe they made 6 official games to this franchise and yet none of them are better than Last of Us

RE1 and RE4 are classics but looking back the rest are

Revelations wasnt bad

The boat sections were pretty good but the city sections were pretty bad. The non linear story was also kinda jarring. It worked as a handheld that you can play in short bursts but as a console game it didn't really flow well. It was good for what it was but it was very unbalanced

Youd think with the zombie craze as hot as its ever been capcom would be all about showing them whos king of the survival horror shyt. Even a complete reboot of the series im down with they have prob told everything possible to tell with Jill, Chris etc. They should start over make RE1 again, hell start the game out showing how everybody ended up in the mansion and go from there.

They need to go back to their roots... the old resident evil games used to be so fukking creepy. You felt so defenseless when you only had 2 bullets.

RE5 with all the Saddam Hussein looking a$$ zombies was a weak game. Outdated mechanics, no horror and wack story.

RE2 and 3 are basically the same game and even tho they're good they weren't classic like the OG or pushed the franchise forward like RE4

I think most people would say RE2 is a classic
