His logic is comedy. NYPD enforces law on the street, COs enforce the law in prisons. They are police, sworn in the same, subject to the same background checks, have to do the same courses on handling weapons and dangerous situations as police. But in Kermits mind they aren't police, they just baby sitters (his words) and hang out while you do what you want.... that lil nikka needs a reality check..
After kermits comments I did some searching on what COs have to do to get their job because apparently they aint actually cops. Bill Roberts/Willow/Ross actually had to complete a course on how to correctly do a cavity search before he got that job. He had to learn how to extract contraband from inmates a$$holes wit out causing internal injuries. Fact.
