People fukk with Ross down here. Regardless of whatever. Last time I saw him was at my brother store. I had a bad day so when I saw him I didn't really care. After ten minutes I hang up my phone, I turn around, and there's a cotdamn line of kids tryna get pictures and autographs. I'm not one to say its respect, but people love him here

Yes. "Miami" is technically just the downtown city area but all of Dade County claims Miami. Carol City (recently changed names to Miami Gardens) is a town within Dade County (which is now also changed to Miami-Dade County).
