neither are a specific requirement to make the hof. if you watched his career he was an integral part of all the championship teams he played on. one could make a solid argument that several of those chips wouldn't have been won without him.
Horry is my guy but I hate that he's been used in arguments to downplay titles for over ten years
it's not a requirement and there are many players in the hof that were neither. simple as that. no dumbing down necessary. it's a sports opinion, not a political belief. if you disagree i really couldn't care less.

He doesnt deserve to be in the hall of fame. His numbers ain't legit and he was too consistent throughtout his career for someone to make an argument for him to get in the Hall of Fame.
