I'm referring to all the animosity that Dame has for Jay. At least to me, it has somewhat sullied the Rocafella legacy.

Dude is trying to make an argument about Def Jam/Universal using a legacy imprint mostly for paperwork reasons. Rocafella was dead by this point. They didn't really have any people working for them. No offices or anything like that.
