why do people say that like it's a bad thing?...i'd rather have a game manager like Montana than a wing it player like that bum ass farve...anyway, qbs are suppose to be game managers...and when it's time for him to make a play, he needs to step up...cause qbs cant win a game by himself, but they can damn sure lose it...

montana aint no game manager, montana won games and bradford cant win those type of games when you need him to

What happened to Brian Quick? They hyped hell out of him.

And Bradford pick looks a lot worse cause he was the last...or one of the last QBs to get paid on the old rookie contracts.

stafford has one good year and has been figured out

rothlisberger has proven himself from his rookie year, even though this year hes struggling because of a crappy oline and no run game.

st. louis has a o line and has a run game and had a run game for all tsoe years iwth stephen jackson

The Rams don't have an o line.

Or a run game.

He's ass on 3rd down. Team only converts about 28-30%. Last year a little over 30%. He just doesn't do the things to move the chains. Could be play calling or lack of talent but that's just abysmal regardless

They're notorious for throwing in front of the 1st down marker on 3rd down. It's so fukking frustrating.

I honestly thought coming out he'd be Brady Quinn 2.0. Thankfully for StL, he's been better than that (I know - how could he NOT be?).

Hard to put it all on him when he's had 3 different OCs/schemes to adjust to in his first 3 years, and putting up with a basura O-line his whole career. Still, seems like...IDK, something's missing with this dude.

Jury's still out, but I still think Jeff Fisher will be

for basically passing up RGIII to keep Sam Brad.

exactly the fact he's been a head coach so long proves he's a great coach
:wtf: let's be real, fish has been an average coach most of his career. Dude might have set the record for most 8-8 seasons by a coach.
As for Bradford, I'm gonna go with yeah :manny:

He's a bust. He's not Ryan Leaf level bust, but if you're the 1st overall pick in the draft and you're playing like a 4th round pick, you're a bust.

this, i gave him an extra year because it took them so long to get receiving talent around him but he is average or below it. Cook and Austin are there now, its not the 99 Rams but its enough to get points. he should be much more accurate than he is

yes he a bust....if he was drafted like 20th or in the second round or something i would say no

but number 1 picks are supposed to make immediate impacts and make the players around them better

i said he won games, when it was his time/turn to win a game....wuth that said: Montana was a game manager; he was the ultimate game manager...he did what you want your qb to do: get the ball to his playmakers so they could make plays, not lose the game, and make a play when it was time for him to step up....that's all you can ask outta your qb...

as for Bradford, I saw him do it in college all the time...only difference between then and now is the talent around him and the offense they running...that's why I wont call dude a bust right now...lets look at the rams: pros - the front 7 is the truth and the wrs are aight; cons -the offense they running is shytty, the o line is suspect, they don't have a rb, and that secondary is horrible...what you expect this dude to be doing right with a team like that?...give him a better team or at least let them run a better offense, and then i'll let you know if he a bust or not...
