Having a sitcom and female fans was considered a bad thing at the time. Plus 99% of your fans wear high heels was brilliant.

no the fukk it didnt..that shyt been goin on for ages...
Nahhh.
It hasn't been. At one point chicks danced to whatever had a hype beat. Songs were marketed to them, but not like post Pac with the REQUIREMENT of having a chick song if you want black people to like your music. Built in simping that came from the ultimate singlemommy creation. A great man who had a super feminine speech pattern nikkas love to ignore

Only when analyzed from the context of the current paradigm. If rap took a different direction and arrived somewhere different from what it is, this thread couldn't exist

another case of when dikk riding 2Pac goes wrong

Pac didn't make anything a requirement....like dude said it had been going on way before hip hop had ever heard of a 2pac

LL started it off with this...

and then LL perfected it with this...2pac was still dancing in Digital Underground when this song was popping

And you must have not heard of Heavy D....When this dropped i dont remember 1 person saying Heavy D fukked up Hip hop.

Here's another big Heavy D song that was made for the ladies that was respectable...(they even did the part 2 version in your hero 2pacs debut movie)

Heavy also killed it with this one. Hip Hop had nothing but love for it when it came out. This came out the same year Pac went to prison. But Heavy was doing this before anyone had ever heard of Digital Underground.

I could keep going but I already proved you know nothing about hip hop history.

I'm talking about modern rap and everyone following his direct advice to do so, not the songs marketed toward females that existed before. I already referred to that in my post. No, I am not dikkriding pac. He has more influence over modern hip hop and how a rapper's image in women's eyes is even MORE important to men. None of them were "gangster/hardcore" rappers.
Pac was the first in that category to pander.
:camby: to your pontifical bullshyt.

Oh so u wanted me to continue pointing out how u don't know the history of hip hop.

First off you never specified hardcore/gangster rappers......(LL wasn't softcore by the way)...gangster rap really took off in 93. But since u wanna play that game. i got u

I'll start off with an obvious one....

now u might try to reach and say Kane isnt "hardcore" so i'll then bring up Grand Daddy IU who gave AZ inspiration with this song that was very lady friendly. 2pac was doing the running man next to Humpty hump when this was hot.

I remember my female cousin creaming in her teen panties when this came on The Box(yeah, i went there)...what u know about King Sun? I will say this....when this song was popping....no one knew who 2pac was except Digital Underground members.

u had DJ Quiks boy AMG with Jiggable Pie....Quik falls in that gangster rap category correct? So his boy would also fall somewhere in that category. Pac only had Brendas Got A Baby around this time.

Like how The Fat Boys were from East New York but made fun music....Little Shawn was a street dude who made women friendly songs. Pacs biggest hit was still Brenda but he was more recognized as Bishop around this time

Lets see....then u had Brand Nubians with Love Me Or Leave Me alone...u gonna tell me brand Nubians wern't hardcore with songs like Punks Jump Up To Get Beat Down and Pass The Gat? Pac is still Bishop around this time

I'm about to really hit u in the head with this one....Willie D did this very woman friendly song.....Noooooooo not you Willie D, Mr "I'll put a hole in your head the size of a half dollar". My grandmother loved this song...i guess Willie was succesful at making it women friendly cuz my grandmother loved it....Pac was still bishop when this dropped

I really dont know what category this fits in but its defiantly hardcore...and its dedicated to a specific kind of chick.....Remember when your hero Pac was pissing off Janet singing the hook in Poetic Justice... ha! Pac had jokes

2pacs boy had this song out(but not the video) before Pacs 2nd album dropped

and finally we have Meth and Mary.....grammy winner i might add....u mentioned Biggie but forgot Meth....this song and video was the 3rd version....I seriously doubt 2pac had any influence on any of the versions.

Like I said...your 2pac dikkriding failed you today...u said Pac was the first hardcore/gangster rapper to pander to making women friendly songs. again, u know nothing about the history of hip hop.

Damnit @R$G META you got my mind racing again.....LOL....how could i mention Rakim and not bring up this obvious attempt at women friendly music?? Pac was a dead Bishop in a back alley after falling off the roof when this song was out
