he could have had an HOF career had he not try to squeeze the Suns for more money.

His discontent was indirectly responsible for breaking up that great Suns team.

It's a crime he's never made a all-defensive team. Popularity contest :smh:

As amazing as Nash is offensively, if he was at any point during his career even just an average or slightly below average defender he'd have a ring or two

The Matrix is far superior to the Big Dog

I agree, but Marion's portfolio for his career statistics is more complete than both Cassell and Richmond, not to mention he could realistically keep playing for 3-4 more years as a productive player. He's having another good season this year.

Not saying he will get in but...he's making a little bit of a case.

Bro, he hasnt averaged over 15ppg since 2007.

Unless ur Dennis Rodman grabbing 16 rebs a game and/or being DPOTY, no PF can be HOF worthy averaging less than 15ppg the past several years

Underrated? Sure. Hall Of Famer though :rudy:

Better question would be is former Finals MVP Chauncey Billups a future HOFer (:yeshrug:)

Was NEVER top 5 at the 3 or 4 in his prime...hell no

edit: I swear NOBODY remembers when he played for the Heat and Raps lol

I remember wayyy back in the early 2000's, some people were calling him the best sf in the game.

He had that year where he averaged 22 and 12 to go along with 2 steals and 2 blocks

all while shooting over 50% from the field. When's the last time you saw a 6'7 SF average 22 and 12.....12 rpg is fukking :mindblown: coming from a SF

He had like 3-4 other seasons where he came close to averaging 20 and 10 as well.

But yeah, I remember people saying they thought he was the best all around SF in the game.Him and Artest were seen as the two best when it came to all around game....defense...offense...rebounding.

I read somewhere that he fukked the Suns when they had a trade for KG all but complete.

It was a 3 way with boston..the wolves...and the suns.

supposedly Marion told Ainge he wouldn't resign with the Celts, so they called it off.Nash, Amare, and KG would've been nasty
