All of the four rangers in that pic look like carbon copies of each other. She may have a point about them
I wouldn't say black women want to stand out per se. I see it as different personal styles

Thats a a picture of Sydney Thomas, the ring girl / instagram "model" who went viral for being "hot" after a Jake Paul fight. Other girls are also probably "models", so of course they look plastic.
White women don't typically wear Weave/ wigs unless they're middle-aged and problems with thinning hair or they work in entertainment.
Also, the white standard of beauty was literally created based on white women, so of course they have to do less to fit that mold.
