Depends on what they are fukking for. There are two harmful assumptions about female sexuality:
A.) women are hard wired to have sex for love
B.) female sexuality is just like male sexuality.
Both are wrong and come from two extreme camps. Assumption A comes from men who literally don't have a clue about females and Assumption B comes from ignant feminists who think that "gaining control over a female's sexuality" equals all women fukk like men.
In truth, women don't have sex simply or primarily for love, much like men don't. So when men use this assumption to justify male cheating while lambasting female cheating because "she gon fall in love, I'm just getting a nut", it's ridiculous. Women fukk for all kinds of reasons. Power, lust, attention, manipulation, money, affection, love, and cuz it feels good.
However this doesn't mean that we go all the way down the rabbit hole into Idiot Village with the feminists who claim female sexuality is like male sexuality because there are differences in sex drives, context, desires and so on.
So in answer to ur question, To me if they are having sex because they enjoy the act, then they still need some semblance of self-control and moderation as in everything else. High body counts for men and women can indicate an inability to bond or seeing others as objects. If they truly enjoy these encounters and practice safe sex then it's all good.
But excesses in any area in life are oftentimes overcompensation for other deficits. Women do like sex and they shouldn't be shamed out of having it. But overindulgence can indicate deeper issues and that goes for men too IMO.
