Is SpongeBobs run from 99-04 the greatest in cartoon history

Spongebob is a defining cartoon. As much as I messed with Doug, Hey Arnold, ED3x and all those other ones, it’s really Rugrats and SpongeBob as Pac and Biggie.

Think younger cats might have missed rugrats but when that Paris shyt came out they was deadass like rockstars to children.

Rocko shyts all over Spongebob and I was a fan of the early years of that show.

Rocko was a great show but there’s levels to this and Rocko was not on the level of spongebob
