rbx dropped suge ...over a piece of chicken...aint nuthin worse than gettin ya chicken ate and ya ass whupped ...

nikkas who would put in work on suge...suge knew not to fukk with em....the light weight nikkas..sam sneed, pac, ray j and kurupt were the nikkas constantly getitn punked..
jimmy iovine was ready to give suge 5% royalties just for dre could you the chronic 2000 name. the deal fell through but that could have been 200,000 being that chronic sold over 5 milli. stupid

You full of shyt

Jimmy Iovine got Pac on Death Row? Yeah alright, nobodies ever said that and in pretty sure Iovine would of took credit for that by now or Dre or somebody would of said that in an interview

Pac said Suge brang him to death row, Suge knew about tha shooting in tha NY elevator with Puffy n them, so Suge hollered at Pac and got to ridin on them nikkaz

wut part don't you get that Suge wuz blackballed?

They kept Dre in tha game cuz he wuz a good house nikka that listened to Iovine, Suge wuznt takin that bullshyt so they gave him tha boot

that's why I consider him tha realist in tha game, never compromised his status, he made Tha rap game into a multimillion dollar industry, and made that CAC Jimmy Iovine and inter scope rich, there would be no chronic 2001 and Dres later success if there wuz no death row, that's tha part you not getting

Yeah Jimmy been plotting on Dre since the first chronic, and he follows orders good. Jimmy the one that put Suge behind jail, David Kenner could have got Suge another plea deal but jimmy paid him. Thats why death row don't like David no more, he took like 10 milli from them too. Remember that p diddy and shyne deal, Clive Davis made sure P didn't go to no jail.

Yeah Suge didn't want Pac on death row in the beginning it wasn't until all the court drama and controversy. Jimmy was trying to convince him way before all of that, some A&Rs was talking about it.
Apparently Suge didn't even pay 2pacs bail, Atlantic records paid 250,000 and interscope helped pay the rest I think. Suge got credit though, boss move and perfect storyline :banderas:

I really believe Suge's hatred for Puff runs deeper than what we know about. Maybe this has something to do with it.
I think your right :ohhh:

Wrong. RBX took the L because he was outnumbered and Suge handed one of his goons a gun to "hold". RBX saw the odds and stood down. Not saying he would have won or lost the square with Suge but he knew it was best to just let it go.

I always have and always will give Suge his props. It's most of the Hip Hop fans who been brainwashed by the media who don't. You have to check the old thuglifearmy.com audio of the conspiracy against Suge that will change your mind if you still don't get it. You can see they set out to destroy him. They have audio of the judge and lawyers working together against him. They had to shut him down because he was to powerful and he knows to much and isn't afraid to speak it. That's what this country does to the real ones. If you Black and powerful and they aint after you, you working with them. PERIOD!

Yeah a lot of people don't know that Suge was never really feelin Pac like that prior to him coming to Deathrow. It wasn't until he got him out & saw his work ethic in the studio did he become a huge fan. Pac was like a machine making high quality music at a fast rate, which was the complete opposite of Andre's approach.

No one's forgotten about Suge.

I think everyone can agree that this cat's vision is easily one of the best Hip Hop has seen. Away from all the side nonsense, he still put together one of Hip Hop's best dynasty's. Good or bad, he was one of the architects of what would become "the Hip Hop mogul". Ridiculously smart dude who let ignorance in other places end his run. But still an incredible mind during his time.

If Suge was such a "genius" why wasn't he able to maintain a successful label WITHOUT Dre as a co-owner?
uppONmI.png

As soon as Dre left, it all started to fall apart. And Dre had monumental success in the industry before & after Suge. Pac had a successful career before signing with Suge. And Snoop had continued success after leaving Suge. Suge on the other hand almost immediately crashed & burned without these men proping up his label and his company faded into irrelevancy and eventual bankrupcy. He's a shyt-tier businessman in all honesty. And his success is mostly a product of chance and being in the right place at the right time. He ain't on the level of dudes like Puff, Baby, J-Prince, P, Russ etc. as a music exec.

Dre was about 100,000,000% more vital to the success of Death Row than Suge. Suge was just the muscle of the organization in reality who eventually was able to muscle his way to the top, driving out the brain behind the companys success.. and effectively ran said organization into the ground.
Dre was the artist, suge was the business. Everyone knows that dre wasn't even doing that much work. Alot of what was credited to dre was Quik and Daz. Dre got lucky with Eminem, prior to that he was flopping. Things happened fast after dre left. You forgot to mention that the fbi had infiltrated DR and that there was a conspiracy to bring down the label as well. Dre leaving wasn't the factor. Pac did have a successful career prior to death row but if it wasn't for death row he would still be in jail. Snoop's career after death row has mainly be outside of music. If it was just based off of his music his career would have been over shortly after doggfather. By that time though he was already a american icon due to death row creating him. Russ was a figure head, Baby has been in the game since the 80's and never reached the level of success that suge did until many years later, prince is a good business man but suge did way more than him in a faster time as well. Puff freakin' got lucky as far as I'm concerned and Pac gave Biggie the formula!
