No it's not. When we have toxic relationships with people, we are always advised to leave them, when a person is having a toxic relationship with themselves, then suicide is their way of leaving. Yes, for the people that love them, family, friends, etc, they may feel the person is selfish, but they should feel relieved because not liking yourself and having to carry on day to day pretending otherwise is the most difficult thing ever. Try to understand from the perspective of a person that hates them self, not from a person that loves them.
