shyt has too many seasons...which stops me from getting into it
Honestly, just stick to the first five seasons. That's how long the creator originally planned for the show to go, so the first five seasons have a cohesive and compelling overarching narrative. After that, the creator bounced and handed the storytelling reins off to someone else so seasons 6 - 15 are, in my opinion, just fan fiction you can cherry pick your way through if you feel so inclined to continue.
In fact, if you turn off the season five finale about 20 seconds before it ends, you will have gotten the whole story as it was originally envisioned before they added a teaser for season 6.

When they stopped production they were still short 3 episodes (Episode 18 was filmed but need post production work. 19 and 20 were yet to be filmed)
But they stopped showing new episodes after episode 13. So there's still 7 more episodes to air.
