a lot of that you can chalk up to personality types.
Grant is a VERY high energy, fast, aggressive person...most people are going to come off the way Lopez did in that video sitting next to Grant.

Finally got the chance to watch these, here is what I think.
Son do duck and dodge, even when the man Grant asked him how much he spent in youtube advertising, he said millions but he couldn't specify and I know for a fact he has to know. He wouldn't admit his age, he said he was a salsa dancer but couldn't bust a move and he also uses a shyt load of quotes from others. Not to mention he struggled to give Grant any good advice on social media marketing.
Also Grant Cardone seems like some kind of sexual deviant. I get a weird vibe from him.

He sells the inspiration with the houses cars and women. He makes it look attainable and that's wat people want. So is he a fraud? No. but anyone who buys his stuff will feel like they could have done it on their own. Pay to get in the club then see it's empty
