I actually prefered Virtua Fighter in hand to hand
the hell, 3 was the weakest in the series, though i still played it to death.
4 was god-like on ps2 and 5 was incredible on ps3.

If someone argued tekken 3 as the goat im not gonna try to debate that ..... imo sf3 strike, alpha 2, soul calibur 1 and 2 are at the top for me
A lot of ppl, at least in the US fgc have always been turned off by KOF due to its steep learning curve. It always seemed like the most technical 2d fighter around. The recent reboot with xiii made it more accessible.

the fukkyou can tell me v. fighter is too complex for its own good,boring or anything else, but ALL virtua fighters are A1 when it comes to gameplay and intuitiveness of its controls.

Virtua fighter. I can't pretend like I'm some die hard fighting game fan...but best believe I've dealt with about every franchise and nothing is touching the depth of that one. After that I'll give it to street fighter.
