Competition is basically more fierce than it's ever been.
At the end of the day, there are a shytload of smart people outside of America (as the rest of the world is 7.6 billion people).
Think of the NBA. It's about 40% international players now.
The fact companies have started to look at more immigrants as those immigrants have got better at speaking English has basically fukked up the playing field, not simply level it.
Mexico is next to Switzerland for example when it comes to growth rate of hard Engineering degrees like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc. People keep mentioning India, but wait until Central and South America start showing up.
Not to mention that there's A.I now.
We're going to have to work this whole capitalism thing out. It's getting to be really bad.

The American Dream is for white men and male immigrants that are willing to slave for the rest of their lives in order to have their descendants live the dream.

I have a sneaky suspicion that the people with money will abandon America and take all the businesses and money away once the used the country up for what it’s worth, and I don’t think we too far away from that reality

Yup. It's completely been to their own personal benefit at the expense of everyone else's. They'll outsource everything if they can get it cheaper.
That's why they say CEO's have a very psychotic temperament - they simply don't care. Whole world can go to shyt as long as they get their's.
CEO's main job is to make money. Not make sure their employees are alright. Not better the world. Not deliver a quality product.
Make money and save money.
These people literally will copy another company's product, re-label it and re-sell it for millions of dollars as vapor ware shamelessly.

How do you even get started coordinating with people like that?
When most people were happy to work from home and more and more people were pushing for work from home, of course many morons were bytching about it and now people been returning to office.
Not to mention police/law enforcement protect these people that can care less about them.
That's why it's so easy for CEO's to get what they want - they know most people are morons who can't coordinate as a unit to bring the most damage to their pockets.
