Is the Bloody Roar franchise one of the most slept on fighters?

great childhood memory for sure but I think fighting games have come a long way since then. It would be like putting Tekken 3 against current fighters.

It's great, but even. Back then it was the fighter that weirdos played.

It had a strong niche following even among it being apart of a niche genre

The only one I've played is BR3 and loved it. My ps2 version stopped working years ago, but I got it working on my cfw ps3 a couple of months ago and it was:wow: like I remembered

I would put Tekken 3 against modern fighters quite handedly.

How dare I love something and risk being called weird because of it? :mjlol:
Some of y'all nikkas say some wild shyt.
Anyway,
Bloody Roar was dope.
I got my hood stripes by standing for what I like.:manny: I came up in the era where gaming was nerdy, and super heroes, comics and anime was a death sentence, and I was about all of em.

But I also remember recruiting folks that played and came into the store to play the GameCube version on campus... It was worse than the smash crowd :francis:

It was great, I don't think I ever played the real game though only the demo.

I'd like a remake if possible.

feel like this would have been better and more revered as a 2d fighter
