Before this video came out, I always knew something was up with the NBA but i remember this confirmed my beliefs...

Because i hate the Lakers i was glad seeing they were about 4 games out from the 8th seed with like 10 games to go..and then this happens

Anybody who doesn't believe the league is rigged to some degree :rudy:

The end of that Lakers season was the most corrupt shyt I've ever seen in the NBA. Not only were they handing Lakers victories, they were putting in work on the Jazz too to make sure they lost. I don't believe in karma but if I did, I'd be saying the league brought that Kobe injury on themselves.

Who you telling.. I saw the exact same shyt

The NBA rigs these games for the playoffs based on which match ups can generate the most revenue for 30 second commercial slots.. to a certain extent I feel like the league tells opposing teams when to take a dive during certain games also

case and point 1) http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=400278943

Utah had a 8th seed on the line and they came out playing like shyt the last game of the year...U had to see the game to really know what I mean, but their effort knowing they had a playoffs birth line that day was horrendous

2) http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=280504002

Atlanta's effort during this game 7 when facing Bostons big 3 was disgraceful as well..

I feel like the league does calculations on how much they can make if team A wins versus team B, and if that number is greater then x amount of dollars, the league as a whole make a business decision to make sure that team advances and the other doesn't

Also I read somewhere that T\the NBA has the same trademark and licensing as the WWE, so they can legally get away with fixing games without being worried about getting sued for having predetermined winners.

the ether
This thread is a joke.

People talking about "The NBA is rigged!" yet they watching all the games and rooting for a team. :mjlol:

People saying dumb shyt like, "Lebron's games are rigged so he gets far in the playoffs", when in other threads people are saying, "Lebron got eliminated in the 2nd round so many times with superior teams!!!" :what:

If the NBA is rigged, then how does Detroit spend way more time in the NBA Finals than New York? How does San Antonio get way more titles than Houston or Dallas? So many big market teams - Clippers, Warriors, Sixers, Nets, Raptors, Hawks, Wizards - who never win anything. Why does a tiny market like the Thunder get 3 of the biggest NBA stars of recent years together on the same team? How does a crappy city no one cares about get Lebron James and multiple other #1 picks, but can't get any titles? How does Lebron James fail to win any titles when everybody loves him, yet gets multiple titles when everybody hates him?

Claiming Bulls/Cavs Game 4 was rigged when Lebron needed a 20-footer at the buzzer to win. Not to mention Lebron getting called for 3 offensive fouls down the stretch, and NOT getting a foul call when he needs it with 2 seconds left. :mindblown:

Claiming Bulls/Cavs Game 5 was rigged when the Cavs were up 15 with 6:30 left despite having shot NINE FEWER free throws than the Bulls at that point. :win:

(And I love that someone complained that the Cavs only went 5-6 from the free throw line in the final minute, supposedly to stay below the spread. Like shooting "only" 83% on your free throws in the clutch proves that you're throwing the game.)

If the NBA is rigging games, they doing it in the most nonsensical manner possible.

The NBA is fixed to an extent ..

Why doesn't the league allow for reporters to question the officials after games ????

Why are they better protected then the president?

Why sway ????

Yeah its rigged

The NBA playoffs is where the league makes the bulk of its revenue is made, and its financial sucide if Lebron got eliminated in this round

Each year they hype it up like "Omg, does this squad have enough to take him out..."

But somehow someway he makes it through

But people never actually remember' how' he made it through..

Two years ago i remember his fouling Rondo clear as day in a critical game that would have had Boston up 3-1

This year its these two obviously games heavily favored by the refs

If you go back and look theres ALWAYS some fukkery that happens each year to make sure he gets to the finals, but ESPN who is in partnership with the NBA (they broadcast the finals) and other networks (they want to broadcast the finals in the future) never talk about it..

Its not "all rigged " but 70 percent of it is based on which teams are more marketable

I remember a few years about when OKC went to the finals Durant got every call to beat the Spurs because everyone wanted a Lebron vesus okc final...and Popavich said something about the officials when he team was eliminated and magically never got fined, because it was so blatant and would bring more attention to what happened

How N.O (a team the league just sold) magically got Anthony Davis as the #1 pick that was rigged.

I watch some much nba i could go on and on and tell you exactly where the NBA has its influence on the game and the league, and why they do it , but to answer your question yes this series is definitely rigged in Lebrons favor.

Dapped for speaking the truth!
