The other is SRM...Solar Radiation Management or chemical ice nucleation. The aerosols in the air are laden with heavy metals such as aluminum and barium which act as a "screen" that allows for the manipulation of weather events by RF and microwave frquencies. Folks can create snow, rain, etc with a mixture of certain chemicals.



There's a lot of problems in regards to why this is being done. One is breakdown of the ozone which is allowing increasing levels of UV radiation, the second is large deposits of methane is thawing and is releasing into the air as a much more potent greenhouse gas and lastly the ice caps are drastically losing volume.
