It was miscommunication. I feel ppl relate Krs to Bam cause they're cool and friends.
I wish Krs would have been more clear and straight condoned that behaviour in his statement.
I wish rap fans would see the statement of facts and how only Bam is involved.

Yep. I agree with you 100%. I was thinking Kris just misspoke in a rush to defend hiphop. He didn't want any drama that could shake the foundation... but it was kids, man. Kids. I've heard great things about his recent album, but I can't bring myself to support him again over this...
Yeah, KRS has always given respect to those before him. Which, on one hand makes him respectable and true but on the other hand... these were little babies, man. I mean if you're gay or whatever, I don't care. But this ain't about adults. It's about kids. It's just so... evil. I wanted to hear Return of the Boom Bap last night and I just couldn't bring myself to put it on over this. Kris could've at least uploaded a video blog later breaking down what he really meant... but he didn't. It really seems like he didn't care how many lives were destroyed, as long as Bambaataa could keep spinning. That's unacceptable to me.
Here's an interview he gave afterwards... He pretty much just seems to blame the victims. He just doesn't give a damn. IDK man. I hate this.

There's so much wrong with this statement. He doesn't address the allegations directly other then referring to them as gossip and slander. He could have said he doesn't believe it and stands with the accused until proven otherwise (still questionable), or that he distances himself completely until his innocence is proven.
Instead he seems to imply that if the accusations are true the victims should go another way about it and let it go. That's fukking foul.
