But the speed force energy field generated when a speedster runs also gives the speedster certain abilities, like the ability to circumvent the friction generated by moving that fast, protecting your muscles/tendons from exploding while moving that fast, as well as the ability to breathe while moving that fast, which wouldn't be possible otherwise

Thats my point he can't keep running if hes is out in space too long he couldn't even do it on the moon much less open space. If superman blew up the planet the flash would have no where to go and would eventually lose oxygen and die
And I'm saying he could enter the speed force before superman did that, and come out still moving fast enough to where he is protected by the speed force energy field, which would allow him to breathe
