Using that force = mass x acceleration, flash with speed force can technically run faster than light so a punch at that speed should imo finesse superman

I'm just going on my understanding of Flash and Superman from the movies, games I've played, tv shows, etc. not so much the comics. I think The Flash wins. He is the Speed Force personified which allows him to basically bend space time, defying the laws of physics. I just assume he could vibrate through Superman, burst/crush his heart, game over.
