If I were to create a best athlete it would include the following:
100m dash
400m freestyle swim
Half marathon (13.1)
Javelin
Long jump
Bench press
There would have to be something there to test ur agility
Too. If the decatholon added a 200 meter mixed swim and a 5 mile bike sprint it would be the best judge. Of course now it wouldn't be called a DECAtholon anymore.


Their crossfit "trainer" was having them do olympic lifts from jump without explaining shyt. Just basically telling them to lift the weight off the floor and get it to their shoulders. All I could do was smh when their response was "All I know is he's certified"
