I used to want to work at State Farm in Bloomington, IL as an actuary, but got discouraged because I worked full time and felt I could do that and school smh

State Farm is the WOAT paying company in the insurance industry. Take that as a former IT employee and had friends in claims

Has he applied for any administrative spots in local govt utilities? A lot of them are unfortunately steering in “corporate-like” direction and scooping up business types. They don’t even really check references like that, mostly office jobs, and spend their days giving each other affirmations and sniffing each others bullshyt
