If you need Stealth in this game you have no skill. I largely walked up and beat the shyt out of everybody in this game and I only used Stealth so I could put people in a position to feel the full brunt of my assault skill. Sneaking around

You run around fighting the zombies with your bare hands to get the ammo drops to use on the bloater. You did nothing out if the ordinary. Sorry .
