They used her not following procedure as an excuse. They could have waited for a proper investigation. They should have honestly and there is absolutely a lawsuit in there. She told them she was scared for her life and was in shock.

She literally told them she only knew him as someone who lived in her part of town not as an associate. The whole scene was written to show a zealous and power hungry group throwing her under the bus. The two cops in there talking about 'I want everything on her she's involved' end up helping kill an innocent dude because of his haircut.

And folks are in here siding with the bank? Kind of people are some of you? :dahell::dahell::dahell::dahell:

Cleo choosing death over jail makes no sense. They wouldn’t be able to put that body on her since TT was the shooter and she dead already so Cleo only looking at armed robbery charges. She do a 10-15 year bid and she out in her late 30s.
Not being the shooter is irrelevant. All of them would get charged with murder and get life, if not the death penalty.
