I guess it's because I only recently started frequenting shyt like TLR, this, and 
has always been primarily Hip Hop to me, never got the feeling that this was supposed to be exclusively a black thing. And I definitely get sick of the race baiting and trolling, the disrespect (mostly used against each other) outside of the occasional roasting session or more lighthearted tensions, especially in regards to race.
I'm glad that there is a forum where obvious threads meant to stir up racial tension can go without censorship, but I think like most people here I do notice that has been an effort to filter things into this forum aren't problematic or irrelevant to the sub forums purposes.
A good example is a thread about a white poster at another Hip Hop forum asking if listening to rap music specific to black issues bothers him. This has an element of race but it was a very INTERESTING Hip Hop discussion to be had, and was for the most part being had without too much of the immature types of exchange that's makes a forum like this. The conversation was cut short by getting bumped here.
People are seeing this kind of thing happen more often. I understand this is an experiment but I think it may be time to make some more tweaks and use a little more discernment as to when a topic is no longer productive to the interest of the forum it originated in.

Race in America is a topic of frequent discussion for black people. Seeing as this forum is predominantly black, it seems disrespectful to relegate "race" threads to the "race track." It almost appears to be an attempt to minimize the very real hardship experienced by blacks so as not to make white visitors feel uncomfortable.

When if you go to other forums, all some of those people do is shyt on black people. They aren't interested in facts that contribute to the societal dynamics of today, or any solutions, they just want to shyt on blacks out of hatred and jealously. So if we want to discuss progressive things for our community, call cacs out on their BS, discuss black history, it gets thrown into some obscure subforum? Why? Because nikkas are afraid to upset massa and want to tip toe and walk on egg shells.

Other than the name of the forum which is kinda trollish there's nothing wrong with a race subforum, I really don't understand what the problem is.
This site allows all manners of weirdos, from nazi sympathizers, to hebrew israelites, to yorkies, to misogynists, to tranny lovers to post freely without getting banned. Thats why I fukk with the coli. Other forums ban people just for straying off topic. The mods here are catering to people who want to discuss race all day by giving them their own space. What's the issue? Not everybody comes here to be preached at, so this site has to respect that.
