You got your gritty joints, nostalgia joints, introspective joints and diss joints.

Epitome of an album that represented it's time it was released....which ended up being timeless :wow:

Classic joint.....I'd only put the OG Bulletproof Wallets over it as far as 2001 albums go

Blueprint and Stillmatic both overrated to me I wasn't feeling them like that when they came out

I thought it was a classic when it came out. That period in hip-hop we was really thirsty for some grimey and introspective stuff. You gotta remember, the jiggy/No Limit/Cash Money era had dominated for 4 years at that point. Mobb Deep and Nas had put out the wackest albums of their careers. Nowadays, I kinda prefer The True Meaning, though.

cormega has a nice discography of music, it's a ny classic, queens classic but I don't know about all around hip hop classic though
