Is "The Takeover" the most FACTUAL diss of all-time?

"Takeover" might actually be the most factual diss ever.

At least according to Large Professor. Jay's opinion on Nas's catalogue aside, LP said the events that Jay mentioned really did happen. It wasn't in his best interest to make the record, but he wasn't lying on it.

He showed Nas a tec while on tour. I don't think anyone disputes that. But how does that make it the most factual diss? Most of that verse is largely opinion shyt that didn't land for a lot of people.
