I say no.

It says or post apocalyptic, it's not a requirement, everything else is going on right now

everyone has been wearing mask for two years straight like in post apocalyptic movies, the ocean is polluted beyond repair, because of oil spills, etc, so it might qualify, doesn't need to be a nuclear bomb to make times post apocalyptic
