Cesaro has been running in place since Dutch Mantell retired and Tyson snapped his neck. Just because he gets a nice smark pop and does the big swing means nothing in the grand scheme. You can't put that WWE Title on him and put him in the main event and hope to sell 80-100k in the stands.
