I’m in my 40’s. Ain’t no company checking for 20 year old transcripts
All I’m saying is. By the time you hit your late 30’s, the work history should trump your education.
young people with degrees can’t find decent paying gigs. It’s a racket. I did the online degree shyt for a year before I came to my senses.
for one, you should know what you want to do career wise when you’re still in high school. What profession you want to be in. Most kids go to college and don’t know what they want to do. Or they pick a degree that’s not of significant value in the real world.
If you’re trying to go the school by the time you’re 30, if it’s not for a specific designation like CPA, or some type of medical cert, you’re wasting time and money. It’s just that simple. You should have been able to find a company that allowed you to grow from within.
A lot of people go to work, just to work. Instead of thinking long term, they think check to check, season to season.
