Die Hard 1 and 2 take place on Christmas eve.
1st one hes trying to reunite with his wife at her Christmas party in LA. Second ine hes trying ti make it home to his family for Christmas when an airport gets hijacked.

No it was released in July in 88 but because of the Christmas party going on when the hi jacking happened its always been classed as a Christmas movieCause it came out Christmas week.
It's a long-standing debate.
Even though Bruce Willis hates it being classed as a Christmas movie

Here's what's so crazy....we were in TRAINING at that time and didn't even SEE it until Christmas, so we THOUGHT it came out around then.
