Not being from either town from everything I've seen yes there is a Bmore/DC rivalry.There also a Bmore/NY and DC/NY rivalry but that seem to be drug thing.
And that all I'm gonna say on that.

Not really. Both cities are close so there's a lot of mutual friends and family. A decent sports rivalry, but no hatred involved (more like sibling rivalry).

More right than anyone else. Not sure where the rivalry stems from but there's usually animosity. It seems that baltimore always has a chip on they shoulder but that might be because I always see it from the DC/PG perspective.

The biggest thing is usually just the B-more accent that gets made fun of. The tew....blew....trew thing

But all the time I go out B-more out North Ave and the like I get love.

I don't know shyt about the drug thing but I know Baltimore is kind of seen as a whole different place, even out in PG. Most of my life was split between both PG and DC.

The DC/B'More rivalry goes on more in the jail system

Other than that, there's no real beef. We may fry/joan/crack jokes on each other but nothing too serious.
