It's definitely a rivalry but for the most part we just poke fun at how the other side dresses and talks. (Them nikkas cant dress!)

That's what I said, it's a good place to live(but only if you are near downtown Silver Spring),but ain't shiit out there.
And plus Silver Spring is big as shiit, with a lot of useless boring asss sections
