I don't agree with most of this but I've had my steaks all kinds of cuts and cooked all kinds of ways at everywhere from local diners to 5 star steakhouses and I can honestly say I've never been wowed by a steak like that; and frequently, can't tell the difference. I like a good ribeye and all but the shyt never blew my mind.
Some people get happy as hell when they get their hands on a couple steaks to throw on the grill or whatever and I just....never understood it. I'm honestly more hyped about a well-seasoned, perfectly fried piece of fish or a good grilled burger.

I finally learned how to make a good steak, AND cut it against the grain so it's tender. A little salt, pepper, garlic, butter, and a dash of Montreal steak seasoning

My grandma took me fishing one time when I was young & after pulling fish out the water I saw what they really looked like for the first time & that was a wrap on seafood for me
