i wonder how you even get casted for roles like that. he's famous enough to recognize him in every damn movie. but not even so much that you know his name. they might have him in a role with 2 lines that could be said by anybody (SWAT) but they took time to call him up and bring him in to do that. when it could have been any cheap ass extra



anyways Jason was in an interview right after Transporter and said that this was his dream. to be the next big action hero and be a sly stone, van damme type dude. so even then he didn't just know his lane, he planned on the route through it

Jasan Statham is what Bruce Willis was after Die Hard, that being said, his shyt is pure popcorn entertainment and he's young enough to do this for another decade. Like I said in another thread, there are no real action heroes like there was in the 80's and 90's, you got 65 year old Stallone still doing movies. You got the Governator being wheeled back out, bacause there is no young talent out there.

Also Mark Wahlberg is worse, dude literally plays himself.
