Is there a more painful Final Four loss than Butler vs Duke in 2010?

I don't watch a ton of basketball but that loss is still hard to watch to this day given all the circumstances. The Final Four was in their hometown, Butler was an absolute cinderella team, they're down 59-61 in the closing seconds and a prayer shot at the buzzer bounces off the backboard and rim one inch of higher and they were the champions

Jenkins was a great shot created by a great play drawn up by Wright. It was a tie game before the shot, I can't blame UNC too much getting sucked in by Archdiacono and failing to defend the trailer 3.

Michigan was purely self-inflicted. And it probably would've been even worse if they called Webber for the travel.

its not blaming UNC for the loss. It was just painful. Dudes thought they were going to OT, and to get ethered like that is painful.

edit: thread was the most painful FINAL 4 loss. Damn, I would say that Vince/Jamison/Williams team losing Dean Smith's last game to Arizona was brutal.

Houston losing to NC State on that fluke play in that fluke game with a team that was legitimately out of this world has to be up there.
